Seymour’s source the finest bourbon vanilla to blend with the creamery butter before hand-cutting and slow bake. The finish is a wonderful subtle vanilla flavoured shortbread that pairs well with coffee in particular. Presented in our custom designed Spirit of Ireland round gift tin, beautifully illustrated by Dublin-based artist, Lauren O’Neill.
