What’s inside? Enjoy a selection of four delicious cookie flavors: Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, and Caramelized White Chocolate. Each cookie is filled with a smooth dollop of dulce de leche and coated in rich, premium Belgian chocolate.
Established in 2019, Gorditas is a Dublin-based bakery specialising in Argentine alfajores, which are lovingly called Alfies. Their delicious cookies are filled with a creamy dollop of dulce leche and coated in premium Belgian chocolate. The recipe is bespoke and the process to create each one has been fine-tuned over the years. Everything is handcrafted in Gorditas’ kitchen at the Spade Enterprise Centre in Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland.
Ingredients: flour, sugar, corn flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, vanilla essence, malt extract, honey, milk, glucose, fructose syrup, full cream milk powder, water, skimmed milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, whey powder (milk), caramelized sugar.
