There’s many ways to explore your love of food right here in Dublin city centre. Our Exchequer Street location is housed in a beautiful heritage building and comprises an award-winning Food Hall, our beautiful events space The Exchange, as well as our two restaurants.

The Dining Room
Located on the first floor above the gourmet Foodhall, Fallon & Byrne restaurant Dublin city centre offers a bright, airy setting with high ceilings, tall windows, and a chic cocktail bar. It’s a favourite restaurant in Dublin for relaxed lunches, stylish dinners, and private events.
Revel in a delightful contemporary dining experience, serving modern Irish food, plated beautifully with fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced by our kitchen team, many of which draw from the finest ingredients in the Foodhall – cheese, artisan charcuterie, rare produce, local meat and seafood, and more.
In keeping with the fundamental ethos of Fallon & Byrne, our wine list brings together iconic old-world prestige with a carefully curated choice of exhilarating modern producers. From blockbuster Bordeaux and Barolos to the cutting edge of natural wine movement, our dynamic selection is continually refreshed to entice and excite every palate.
As well as a vast wine selection we also serve plenty of premium beers and spirits and for those of you who love a good cocktail our mixologists love getting creative behind the bar and use in season flavours to lead the way in each menu production.
At the Dining Room we welcome intimate gatherings to large get togethers, small and large corporate lunches and dinners and much more. We’re here to make each and every visit a memorable experience from the delicious food you eat and drinks you sip, to the friendly atmosphere and five star service we aim to deliver each and every time.

The Wine Cellar
Escape the hustle and bustle of Dublin city centre and escape downstairs where you’ll find our chic and fully stocked The Wine Cellar. Tucked beneath the bustling Foodhall, this beautifully lit space has become one of the most charming and atmospheric wine bars in the city. Our Wine Cellar shelves are lined with over 300 bottles from around the world, and the Fallon & Byrne wine list is among the best in town, handpicked by an expert team, and perfect for pairing with the rustic, European-inspired small plates on offer. And for those of you who choose not to wine, we have a large selection of spirits, beers on tap and a full cocktail menu concocted by our bar team.
Our wine list is complemented by an authentic Italian food menu that is packed with bold flavours in every dish. It’s all about comfort dishes in the cooler autumn and winter months, while light, fresh plates are the order of the day in spring and summer. Alongside seasonal Italian inspired dishes, we love to serve up freshly baked Neapolitan pizza with a light, fluffy base and beautiful, artisanal toppings.
A favourite with our customers alongside a delicious glass of wine is our selection of small plates, nibbles and cheese & charcuterie sharing boards. The perfect feast for a more convivial dining experience, our boards are filled with cured meats, cheeses, pates handpicked from the Fallon & Byrne Foodhall Fromagerie and fresh breads baked in-house daily.
