Welcome to the Dining Room, located on the first floor of our Exchequer Street building. One of the city’s most handsome and elegant rooms,
where light streams in through tall windows and where the very best of land and sea is served in a buzzy, relaxed setting.
Head chef Owen Burns works with the bounty of the food hall to create a menu that showcases the very best of Irish and international artisan produce. And his delicious dishes are perfectly paired with wines from our extensive and considered wine list. If you’re a cocktail lover, you’ll enjoy sampling our menu which ranges from the creative to the classic.
The Dining Room is open every day for lunch from 12-3pm and for dinner from 5.30pm.
