One of the greatest foodstuffs on the planet, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP “Extravecchio” is made of acetified, cooked grape must only, and is aged in wooden barrels for a minimum of 25 years (with annual transfers “travasi” in different barrels). Suitable for any occasion, from appetiser to dessert, it is also very good after-dinner if enjoyed pure at the end of the meal as a digestif. Presented here in a special wooden gift box with dosing spout and traditional pipette.
