Restaurant Manager (Wine Cellar)

Fallon & Byrne are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Restaurant Manager for our busy wine cellar at Exchequer Street in Dublin city centre. This 100-seater room serves bistro-style fare and excellent wine in a relaxed setting with friendly service and a great atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment, displaying excellent operational knowledge and an ability to motivate a team and drive sales.

Floor Manager (Events)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of food lovers as a Floor Manager for our busy 120-seater Ballroom at Exchequer Street in the heart of Dublin. This is our private dining space and plays host to hundreds of events per year ranging from weddings to corporate dinners, Christmas parties to family celebrations. The Floor Manager will work closely with the rest of the ballroom team reporting into the Ballroom/Events Manager.

Assistant Manager (People’s Park)

We are delighted to announce an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Restaurant / Café Manager for our busy gastro café in the beautifully restored Victorian pavilion in People’s Park, Dun Laoghaire. Our Restaurant / Café Assistant Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment, displaying excellent operational knowledge and be able to lead, inspire and train a team.

Pizza Chef

We have a vacancy for a flexi-time pizza chef to join the team in our buzy Wine Cellar/restaurant on Exchequer Street in Dublin city centre. We are passionate about delivering superior experiences for our guests and the successful candidate will have a deep passion for all things food and deliver excellence.

Chefs (All Grades)

We have opportunities for full-time, part-time and casual wait staff across Fallon & Byrne in our Dining Room, Wine Cellar and Events team in Exchequer Street in Dublin city centre and also on our front of house team in our gastro café in People’s Park, Dun Laoghaire. The successful candidates will be extremely customer-focused and deliver magical and memorable experiences to our guests.
