Ballroom Deputy Manager

Reporting to the Banqueting Manager, the role is responsible for the smooth operation of events ranging from weddings to corporate dinners, Christmas parties to family celebrations in our second-floor Ballroom on Exchequer Street.

This is an interesting and diverse role, which entails running each event, client meetings, rosters and staffing and office administration.

You will be passionate about hospitality and customer service, with bags of enthusiasm and professionalism.

Deputy Manager Ballroom

Head Butcher

This role requires a motivated, results-driven individual to lead our busy meat & fish counter.

The successful candidate will have relevant managerial experience in butchery and/or cheffing as well as the ability to lead everything from range reviews to stock management to meeting of targets.

A desire to innovate and drive excellence is crucial to this role, as is sharing your passion for meat & fish with our customers.

You will be enthusiastic and empathetic while also ensuring exceptional service and safety standards.

People’s Park Manager

A superb role to be found in the beautiful surroundings of the People’s Park, Dun Laoghaire.

Now operating as a grocery pop-up and takeaway café deli, the successful candidate will oversee a diverse business unit and will ideally have at least two years management experience in both food retail and food service.

Extensive food and beverage knowledge along with strong leadership, business acumen and communication skills.


Our busy and buzzy first-floor Dining Room on Exchequer Street has a number of vacancies for full-time and part-time waiters. The 120-seater room serves modern Irish, bistro-style fare in a relaxed setting with friendly service and a great atmosphere.

Ideally you will have at least one year’s experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you have a warm and welcoming demeanour, excellent food and wine knowledge, and a desire to exceed customer expectations every time, we’d love to hear from you.
