Head Chef, People’s Park

Fallon & Byrne have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Head Chef for our busy Gastro Café at People’s Park, Dun Laoghaire.

We are passionate about exceeding our guests’ expectations and the Head Chef will be focused on producing high quality dishes using the best ingredients and passionate about delivering a superior experience for our guests.

The Head Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to steer the direction of the culinary experience for our guests.

Head Butcher

This role requires a motivated, results-driven individual to lead our busy meat & fish counter.

The successful candidate will have relevant managerial experience in butchery and/or cheffing as well as the ability to lead everything from range reviews to stock management to meeting of targets.

A desire to innovate and drive excellence is crucial to this role, as is sharing your passion for meat & fish with our customers.

You will be enthusiastic and empathetic while also ensuring exceptional service and safety standards.

Events Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Supervisor to join our events team. The Events Supervisor will work in our Ballroom, our 120-seater private dining space which hosts weddings, family gatherings and corporate events throughout the year.

The Events Supervisor will be extremely guest-focused and will direct a team to deliver the highest level of service to our guests. You will ideally have at least 2/3 years’ events/banqueting experience
