Ripe fruits of the forest on the nose blend in with spicy and herbal notes, alongside hints of liquorice and chocolate. Full-bodied in the mouth with great structure. Well balanced oak from the barrel ageing, in harmony with a fulsome acidity which is masterfully refreshing and adds an extra touch of elegance. Lengthy finish as the flavour develops on the palate.
