Mortar & Mill Organic Garam Masala is a fragrant Indian-style spice blend made from carefully selected organic spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, cumin and cloves. Warm, aromatic and gently complex, it is best added towards the end of cooking to enhance curries, lentils, roasted vegetables and marinades with authentic depth of flavour.

Garam masala is typically used to finish rounding up the flavours in food towards the end of cooking as opposed to curry which is typically sautéed in oil at the beginning.
