Obtained from selected national pork legs with meat exclusively of Italian origin, high quality cooked ham: sweet, delicate and harmonious flavor that respects the natural taste of the meat coming from the protected origin supply chain. Given the selection of the meat and the accurate phases that follow, it is a highly nutritious product; it is used a lot as a main dish to accompany vegetables and bread. It goes well with a sparkling red wine, such as lambrusco which gives balance to the flavor of the meat.
