Gubbeen Farm Foods have been producing fine cheese for many generations. Located in an expansive 250 acre coastal farm in West Cork just one mile out from Schull. This variety of soft cheese is smoked gently so you still get that cheesy taste with a hint of smoke.

Ingredients: Pasteurised whole cow’s MILK, starter cultures, animal rennet, salt.
