Blanco Niño's tortilla chips are crafted using the authentic Aztec method of nixtamalisation. Whole corn is cooked, steeped overnight, and ground into a dough using traditional Mexican volcanic stones. After shaping and baking into tortillas, they are left to rest overnight and hand-cut before being lightly fried into delicious tortilla chips. Although it takes three days to create this crunchy snack, we believe the final result is a testament to our commitment to quality and authenticity.
