Château Miraval ‘Studio’ Rosé

Tasting Note: A delicate, pale pink colour. On the nose, lifted floral aromas mix with notes of blood orange and fresh red currants. The generous palate is perfectly balanced by lively acidity.

Pairing Suggestion: Fresh goats cheese, green salad, chicken dishes, white fish.

Style: Rosé

Grapes: Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren

Vinification: Each variety underwent direct pressing and was vinified separately. Fermentation of the Cinsault and Tibouren took place in stainless-steel vats, while the Grenache and Rolle were partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats. The ovoid shape gives rise to a natural convection movement that suspends the lees, creating the same effect as bâtonnage and adding texture and body to the wine. A delicious blend of which pays tribute to the many artists, including Pink Floyd and AC/DC, who have made tracks at the recording studio on the estate. The studio was recently redesigned and opened again in summer 2022, welcoming a new generation of artists to record music on the estate.
